How do I move the piston on the rear brake caliper on 240SX?

The surface of the caliper piston has an X pattern on it; use a large screwdriver to turn the piston clock-wise to retract it and counter-clock-wise to protract it. Keep an eye on the seal while turning the piston so that you don't tear it.

Yep, just twist it in clockwise. You don't want the piston popping out and you don't want to tear the seal around it. I just used some channel locks to twist it all the way in.
