240sx RB20 hard start when cold

hi.. im practically a new registred user.. but always be in the forum.. and now i decide register and share what i can with the forum..

right now im having some problems with my freshly swaped RB20 when cold its hard to start.. so i check the FSM and figure out the Air Regulator could be.. so i check the power input to the Air regulator when the inginition switch on.. and no power.. check ground and has continuity.. just the side where must be power dont..

so my question.. idk if the air regulator just need 12+ power for work... or some kind of signal from the ecu.. im trying to find some rb20 ecu pinout.. i found some.. but i dont really know where the power becomes to the Aire regulator... ill preciate any kind of help.. and thanks...
