240sx radio and tail light wiring

i have a 89 240]sx i have just wire in an Amp in my car i also had to fix the radio wiring someone put a wire to the battery and a wire for the 12v i fiux the wires i use to power my radio is red/blue for gound re/black the always on and blue for 12 when i had all back together i notice the i had a ground problum now i have no tail lights and no dash light what should i start to do??? i have disconnect the radio and the amp from the car i will check the fuse tomorrow when it is light out what fuse should i check first??
