I want to hear about some races and I'm sure I'm not the onlly one...whether you owned or got owned Id like to hear about it...post your story here

Um, I got a $630 drag racing/reckless driving ticket for racing a dodge charger down highway 64 between 70 and 110 mph. The redneck had the audacitiy to say "I'm not about to let that little rice rocket beat this here charger". This could not be tollerated, so I stayed right behind him doing about 80-85 till it go to a clearing and I got beside him. Even as the blue lights adorned my back window I took pride in the look on the hick's face as I glided by his busted, smoking pos and gave him the finger. However this did end my street racing phase lol

Two weeks after I get my car, me and my fat friend roll up along side a riced out Integra...My friend looks over, laughs out loud, with the kid looking right at him. Light turns green, he punches it...so I was like "screw it" I'll hop on it too, he had one length on me, by 4th gear (90mph) I had two on him.

Looking for my friend's house, I'm on the same highway as in the above incident...some EK Civic with a kit and two kids in the car does the rice-by then slows down...I pull up along side of him, we both downshift, bring it up, shift to 4th, and pull at least 2 1/2 cars just getting into 5th gear.

Last one. Coming home from work a Golf 1.8t (stock) pulls up along side of me, looks at me all hard (why do kids always have to look like they hate you when they want to race?) downshifts and starts to bounce. I downshift, 60-120mph I had him by three cars, speed limiter cut in for me.

So far I've lost to a modded 1.8t...I don't race unless there is no traffic on the road...a rarity in northern NJ.

Cold, just for you...the first race was stock, the second two were with an exhaust.

well since all the above stories are winnin stories for the most part i share my losin storys i guess.....i raced my friends saturn sl2, a 93 i think, with intake exhaust, ect. nothin major..we went to a back street drag strip(its actualy pretty convienent b/c it always dead empty) and i took him off the line for a second but he pulled like hell goin into to third and got me by like 2 car lengths almost..another time i raced a r/t neon on the same back strip and he had the the whole time and ended up beating me by half a car length..those are my only two loses on the street, i ve won alot more but i dont have to worry aobut it for at least 3 months now b/c my damm license got suspended:( you dont realize how convient having a license is until you have one and lose it

oh and by the way my cars sucks b/c its an automatic, im sure if i had a 5 speed that neon woulve been no problem

me and a buddy pull up to a light. he has a '94 5spd accord. its a pretty clean car. anyway, he starts flickin me off and the like, so i roll down my window, say a few choice words, and wait for the light. turns green, i punch it. i get off the line as good as an auto can get off the line, while he spins a lil and looses time. i get 2 cars on him, when he shifts to second, misses it (hahahaha), and gives up. my first race

My coolest kills:

1979or 1981 Corvette - Middle aged guy and his girl/wife, pulled up to stop light beside me, you know you get that nervous feeling when a car next to is a corvette well we took off, I pulled on him through 1st and he managed to get in front of me, had to slow down cause I was riding his *** hard and their was a car in the other lane, after we passed I hit 3rd and moved on by him, it was quite fun. Look up the stats for the vette, it runs like a 16 in 1/4

Also a Porsche 944 Turbo(that was fun run, older guy)

My favorite Kill: (the story)

Well I was dating this girl and at the time I drove a Pontiac Sunbird, everythign was going cool, well her friend gets hooked up with a guy that drives some eclispe with ugly *** body kit and stupid looking rims. Well she dumped me for his friend cause they have "cool" cars. Her friend was talking to me her bfs car and how great it was, blah blah blah. I told her his car was **** and slow as dogcrap and it was ugly as piss. Well 2 weeks later at some festival/carnival bs they had in town, I went and well they all happened to be there, so her BF comes up to me talking mad **** wanting to race me right there, his eclispe vs. my sunbird(what a d***) That extremely pissed me off, cause they all laughed it up.

Well, I got the 2-4-0 and a week after I got it, who did I find? HIM!! Muwhaha, well he started dissin the 240 and ****, I got pissed, we raced, I beat him once, twice, three, and four times before he gave up. HAHAHAHA Stupid punkass rice. And then that girl wanted to get back with me, I was like you stupid slut.

Zx2, RX7, MX3, ECLIPSES, CIVICS, have all fallen to my 2-4-0. I have not lost to a honduh yet. My only races I lost were 2 a toyota supra(I thought was non turbo, and damn it had a ****in loud *** turbo) and some cars at the track. Did it all with a stock 240, with a clutch/filter. Damn I love this car!!!

i was at a light in my 240. it was a three lane road. i was in the far left lane and a new style supra pulls up in the middle lane. then another car (civic i think) pulls up in the far right lane. i heard the far guy saying how awsome the supra was and talking to the dude in the supra and i heard the dude in the supra bragging about all his s*** he had done to his car. he was revving it and it sounded like s***. i heard the guy tell him he wanted to see how fast he could take off. he didnt know i was racing but the light turned and we both took off. i had him by a car length in first, 3 car lengths in 2nd, and 4 or 5 in 3rd. i was really surprised, i bet the dude in the supra felt like an idiot.

about a week ago on the way to work i just happened to pull out in front of a modded '95 prelude VTEC...it sounded like *** but was pretty quick we messed around until we got a clearing and I pulled alongside and we both hit it and i stayed with him until about 90 and then i just pulled off which surprised

I've beatin quite a few SR20 and CA18 powered 180's over here in my Skyline(RB20 Powered). To bad they didn't offer the Japanese the KA series, might have made things a little more on the fair side. Of course I was running 28 psi from a TO4E with enough alcohol to kill a large cow. But I won none the less. I did lose to a RB26 powered 180 quite a few times.

Major Mods were; I/H/E Port/Polish, cams, turbo, fmic, exhaust and alcohol injection

ive been owned quite a few times, once by a girl with a baby seat driving a 90s integra with clear tails and exhaust.. by a family in a dodge caravan.. once i got owned by a dodge spirit, actually just right after i bought the car! we took it up to like 115mph and he pulled on me like a bat out of hell!i did own my friend in his 1991 turbo daytona, numerous times! and a chevy blazer driven by some white trash whores.but ive lost damn near every race, ever, my car is so slow !stock auto 1990 with suspension work!

i cant wait till the Ca18det is running good enough to bring out to the strip or the street !!

i run 17.5 at the track need i say more? only thing i have beat was a riced out neon on the highway (from about 100 - 125MPH) and some dodge pos that was lowered with rims.. i dont know what the h ll is wrong with my car but i need an SR damnit...

I've had a few races in my Q. My favorite coming against a BMW 540i coming back from the beach. I was speeding down I495 when a black 540i lurches right along me in the right lane. I look down at the speedo and I'm already doing 95. Nobody passes the Q on the highway, especially not in the right lane so...he sped up...I sped up. It escalated into a full-fledged highway blast lasting a good 4 miles and I ended up pulling on the Bimmer from 100mph all the way til the speedometer bounced around at 160. I was walking him pretty hard past 140 but that could probably be attributed to his speed governor cutting out the engine.

The other noteworthy races came against a N/A 300ZX and Mustang GT. Both were also highway rolls and both weren't nearly as quick as the Bimmer up-top. From a dead dig, I'm sure the results would've been different.

Only one race in the 240sx so far. I was coming back from NYC and some jerk in an early 90's Prelude pestered me. Highway cat and mouse turned into a four-banger battle with me ending up on the losing side. It was pretty close but I was so disappointed with the performance of the 240.... From a roll my Q would chomp up the 240 and ask for scooby snacks.

an early 90's prelude beat your 240 on the highway? what year is your car? is it running on all four cylinders? if its a 5spd, do you kno how to drive it?? lol. you shoulda walked on that prelude, unless he had some work done to his car.

I couldn't believe it either... FYI, this is an '89 with the SOHC KA aka a total POS. I wouldn't be surprised if a Kia walks this thing.

i was playin around with a crx a few months ago and he blew my doors off and we stopped and talked and he had a b18 engine swap and alot of stuff done to it...he said he ran a 14.5 in the 1/4 so i didnt feel too bad

And he's a bad driver. That car should run much better numbers than that.

Swapped CRXs are monsters. There was a SOHC VTEC CRX that would spank on VR6s and GS-Rs all day long.

i think people get overly fixated with the cars and forget that the driver is extremely important

case in point: have two friends, one just bought a stock civic SI, the other had a SIr with intake, exhaust, headers, cams, and camgears. The SI won. This was a mix of the SI driver being very good, and the SIr driving being very bad

just a couple days ago, I pull up next to a 88-89 civic hatchback. The guy looks over and smirks. I didn't think nothing of it, and when the light turned green, just took off like i normally would. Shift into 2nd at 3000RPM's, guess the honda geek heard my shift, cause he decieded to boot it! No warning, didn't rev his engine, nothing! He has a coffee can on the back, so he might have a b16 swap or something. Next set of lights turns red. my buddy is like, "Smoke that pos civic. Whats he thinking?" So I rev up my motor, give him fair warning that he's gonna get raped. Oh, he's by himself, I have a 200pnd+ passenger with me. Anyway, roads were slick, I'm on an uphill, so I chirped my tires for a second, and then left him!! He followed me around, riding my tail, but I didn't bother to bite, can't afford anymore tickets, and I get no joy out of spanking civics. Still hoping to line up with a lude or teg gs-r soon.

oh, I kept spanking my buddy in his civic si-r. He really wasn't trying, but i think he got a little shy after seeing me launch my RWD bad boy!!! He'd own me on the highway though.
