240sx Race Shop in Greencastle, PA or Boonsboro, MD?

Back when I purchased my 240sx I had heard that there was a shop in both of these towns that raced 240sx. I don't remember what specific series they raced in (although it was not drag racing) or their names. I'm trying to find out who they are because I want my motor rebuilt. There are several shops in the area that work on imports and have done 240sx swaps but I do not place too much faith in their work for various reasons.I'm thinking that if I can find one of these race shops, they will do a better and cheaper rebuild than a general engine machine/rebuild shop or these import shops.

I live in Hagerstown, MD and the best machine shop by reputation in the area is Denny’s Machine Shop. They quoted me at $3500 to $4000 for the rebuild and labor of removing and installing the motor. I'm hoping to get it done for $2500.
