I've done this in my 240, which had manual everything using a donor 240 with power everything I just sort of moved everything over.

The only hard part is wiring up the mirrors, door locks, and windows up right. Took me about 72 hours to figure out how to wire everything and make it look neat...

Unless you're good with wiring and know exactly what to do I say pay somebody haha.

and if you bought power doors, what would you plug them into?

the easiest (and this way still isn't "easy") way to do this is to pull all your interior and swap out your manual options body harness for a power options harness. then buy power doors and plug everything in. not nearly as easy as it sounds, but i did it
