240sx NOOB: Need some help!!!

So, I am about to buy an automatic 240sx with a bad transmission.. I have a parts 240sx that is a manual... How hard would it be to swap the automatic transmission to the manual? I can swap the transmission, but what else needs to be done? Clutch pedal, Master cylinder for the clutch, clutch lines, flywheel, pressure plate, possibly the driveshaft, what else?

I need to make the decision on the car by tommorow at noon, so for any of you late nighters, have at it...
