240sx need help

hi my car dies put when u drive and keep it at 3000rpm liek the spark or fuel just cuts out any ideas i recently did a tune up and thats when it started happening i changed the cap rotor plugs and oil i also noticed that the spark plugs had a groove burnt into the electrode and after putting the new ones in i pulled them and that same groove burnt into them to how would you diagnosis a bad cas or maybe some where else any help is greatly appreicated thank you

Sounds like a case of engine detonation that's eroding the electrodes. There may be a major vacuum leak that's leaning out the mixture.
