240sx Mystery computer box

Hey everyone i have a 240sx just replaced my fuel pump and i have a computer of some sort that was found underneath the center consul behind the cig lighter. please if any body has any idea on what this is please contact me at [email protected]. evey time i try and start the car this mysterious box keeps on ticking and tunking as the key is in the on position this box pulses, probed the fuel pump hot wire and as the box tunked the power signal pulse rith along with this damn box.

ok thanx you were right its the seatbelt control unit. but y would it be making noises?

is there any solution for this control unit? there is only 2 seatbelts and lots of wires

well when my buddy and i checked it out as soon as i turn the key forward it started to make noise and the fuel pump was gettin the signal to prime the system. well we took a test light (you know, needle and a light bulb) and when i hit the key forward the control unit pulsed and the signal for the fuel pump pulsed right along with it. what may cause this to happen
