240sx misfiring dont know why?

I've changed the spark plug wires, the spark plugs, the distributor cap, and the rotor for the distributor. I've rechecked twice on firing order 1-3-4-2. My car is still misfiring. Any help please?

how do you retard the timing? I've never done that before in my life.
