240SX mechanic needed in Northern Virginia - Washington DC area

Hello. I have a '94 240SX automatic, and it is showing an intermittant 'check engine' light with a diagnostic code of 32. Sometimes the 'check engine' light is on, somettimes it is off

I know what code 32 [EGR] means, and I have a ton of info on how to fix it, but that actual fix is beyond my capabilities

Sympthoms: it is very balky when I accelerate, at the lower range of RPMs; and it 'bucks' when stopped at a traffic light [when in gear]

Also, it has 20 MPG mileage, but it got near 26 MPG when I put new NGK plugs in 5k miles ago.

I need a Nissan specialist that I can trust to go over the 240SX and actually identify the problem areas before attempting a fix. Not just slap in another $60 worth of plugs in it...

Help, please.
