240sx light problems

Ok bought my '90 240sx last week... the dude i bought it from messed up the harness or something.

Problems:

1. he connected the to fuses under the ood for the light together by a wire.(drivers side doesnt work with out it?)

2. When my lights are turned on the dash wont light up? (was going to hook up a stereo yeasterday, and pulled the wires out that he stuffed into the dash,... they spark dash lights up?) I quit hooking it up.

3. also whe i turn them on the plate lights dont turn on and the rear tails dont light up.

please help...

could use a diagram and advice....new to thread sorry if i posted a repeat of someone elses....

i love my 240sx. when i bought it for 1200 it had full exhaust (greddy) Lowered (all new suspension)
