first make sure that it is really white smoke and not blue smoke. If it was blue smoke, not vibrant blue but blue tinting sorta, then this would be where your oil is leaking out, into the combustion chamber and getting burned. If it is white smoke that is most likely water and i would start checking my radiator fluid level at the radiator. if you are losing water and it is white smoke for sure then you blew the head gasket and water is now pouring into your combustion chamber. if it is not a lot the car will run ok, but if it is a reasonable amount of water the car will run like junk. you may just have a "slightly" blown gasket which is only allowing small amounts of water into maybe one cylinder. is the car running ok; ie not sputtering, missing or anything like that. If it is running a little ruff watch the water level at the radiator before and after you drive it.Hope this helps

if i were you id be concerned about what that hose thats cracked is, with your oil pressure fluctiuating like that, sum things likely to meltdown. if its a rubber hose it should be easy to fix halfyear, are you sure its blue smoke oil white coolant, cause from what i beleive its the other way round, i could be wrong tho.i wouldnt completly say head gasket yet cause no loss of power has been said, but it is a very likly culprit, but then again im not to sure any where else that would come from
