240sx killing me with shuttering..HELP!!!!! PLZ!!!!

The car will work fine then randomly will shutter while driving almost not noticable at first then progressivley gets worse where u cant even drive. the rpm needle will jump all aroudn at idle but will never shut off. sometimes it will go down to about 500 and just get stuck there. get some gas and it pops out of it. no way to make it stop tho without letting it sit for a while and posibly scanning and clearing the codes. only last about a day.

ok so heres whats up. a long while back the 240 had some issue i dont even remember now cuz it was so long ago, but anyways it resultd in me putting msd ignition on it. it worked for a week or 2 then shut off at a stop and never came back on. So i replaced the distributor and went back to stock thinking it would help. it worked fine for a few days then started doing it again. ran codes and came up o2 sensors. replaced the one on the manifold and left the other. didnt work. Read it could be hte iacv so i took off the manifold and re did all the vacuum lines and blocked the egr and cleaned the iacv. worked for a little bit then did it again. so i ran codes again and it came up fuel air metering, so i replaced the maf (z32) and it worked for about a day and im right back where i started. im out of ideas.
