EDIT: Or rather, four valves.

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead, but I ran into the car this weekend (March 30th, 2008) at a small track event. From what I saw, the car seems to work beatifully; it started easily, had a nice smooth idle, and seems to have good power and spool. Here's some pics:

I'm glad you posted this in 240 GEN, but those guys are mindless, and retarded if you ask me....

Keep this stuff in the KA-T forum, please...

i agree, ugliest turbine housings i've ever seen. i will say that the piping looks a lot less complicated than i expected. the intake pipe looks like a breeze but would be great to see how he dealt with the downpipes off both turbos.

Is that aluminum foil being used as a heat shield?

I remember when this thread started. My opinion remains the same. Good work. But a whole lot of wasted effort for results that could've been achieved with a single turbo (Save for maybe the uniqueness factor).

Yea the aluminum foil heatsheild made me laugh when i first saw it. Thats the only thing i see in the engine bay that alarms me.

I think the point of this was to be original and attract attention. There are really no good reasons for running any twin turbo setup on a 4 cyl other than originality, and the ever important bling factor.

You have to remember what the point of this car is. Check the door stickers. The car is simply an advertisement for some owner(or worker) of a auto parts dealer, and the car is damn good at its job. If im in PR ever, im definitely checken that place out .

Nice. I love stuff like this lol. The more turbos the better.I'd do it if I had a spare car and cash to just do stupid crap with.

anyone notice that the ac system is still in this car yet it has a twin turbo, that dont make much sense to me...specially for a trac car.

Um...AC rocks thats why. I track everything I own and everything I own has AC. Unless it's track ONLY...in which case it would be gutted and trailored with no registration etc.
