240sx ka24e wont start not getting fuel

I have spark and my compression is 170 all the way across but no fuel I can hear the fuel pump turn on the lines are pressurizzed but the injectors wont open i checked voltage and there only getting .08volts i dnt know why and when i check voltage at the ecu i got nuthing. PLZ HELP!!!!!

i remove all smog related sensors i have arias pistons, eagle rods, everything balance ,t4 turbo, 550cc rc injectors( i have tryed both the rc and the stock ka24e injector niether will shoot) any ideas would help
