240sx KA24E Injector question

This is about my third thread about these darn injectors and so far every time you guys have been greatly helpfull

Okay, so when i put in this motor it had a rough rough idle, i noticed the injectors were in rough shape inside and out, so I bought a set of referbished ones off ebay, put them in and the motor just ran splendid, great steady smooth idle, then i noticed i had a leak on one, so i went to lube the injector and cracked one of the pintles (might remember that thread) So i bought an injector off someone from nico to replace it, its a newer bosch(?) style one though, black in color but it looks identicle, but ever since i put that one in when i'm at idle the motor just seems to have a little stumble to it, wavers about 75-150rpm and has a bump to the rump feel to it,

So the question, Do you think this injector could be like having a differnt spray pattern or somthing causing it to have a problem? its a new injector that has been sitting around for a little while, so i cant imagine its got a strong spray, but there is no way to tell really...its just an annoying little rough idle that was gone a few months ago, luckly its not as bad as it once was but its just..buggin me

also, if it is that, if i buy a brand new injector, would that one's stronger spray have an impact on the idle as well? do i need to just break down and buy a whole new set?

with the car running, pull the plug on that new injector and see if it runs any differently.

ohh yeah, its not so bad that its down on 3 cylenders, it just seems a hair sluggish and a little bumpy on idle, i did the good ol screwdriver test and listened to them all and they all sound simular, not weak like my old set..

However i may have a lead on somthing, the new injector got has a differnt style pintle cover that could be a differnt spray pattern than the other ones, as its some other brand, so the guy i bought the injectors from is going to send me another one that is the same style as the originals, hopefully that fixes it
