Alright, fairly new to this forum but thought I'd give it a shot... having trouble with my 240 when doing "sick skids" :woot: and it's either fuel or ignition related, but it feels like I'm hitting a limiter. The car is bone stock except for the timing being all the way advanced and running on 93. I'm drifting hairpins in first, and about half way through them I lose all power whatsoever, and I need to let all the way off the gas before it will let me drive again. :werd:

This is especially annoying as the car is loads of fun when it's not snapping me around because of fuel cuts! I haven't had it do it to me drifting in any gears except first, and I can't seem to figure out why it's cutting out as the car runs and drives amazing otherwise. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How much fuel is in it when you drift? I just changed my fuel pump last week and noticed the baffle in the tank surrounds the pump with only a small hole at the bottom for fuel to enter. Maybe the lateral forces are causing the fuel to slosh out of that tub if the tank isn't full enough?
