I was wondering if I took the ka24(e) (single overhead cam 12v) out of my 89 240sx coupe, how easy would the ka24de from a 95 240sx se drop down in it? Anyone who can help, drop me a line. Also, will I need the 95's ka24de transmission?

yes it can be done. do a search and you will find several posts on doing this kinda swap.
