240sx KA24DE PROBLEM!

okay heres the thing about it..my motor used to crank but won't start after water was poured into the radiator and its winter..but the car was running while it died on the highway white smoke from the motor thats most likely the head gasket. the car just slow down and wouldnt go anymore. and also now my car is always changing how it sounds when i try to start it? i mean it doesn't run anymore. it used to crank after that problem..and now it just makes a click noise? sounds like a starter but i havent tried to see if it really that yet..cuz why would the car just died on the highway while driving?..so possibly i don't know anyone of yall have a clue leave me a message in here! thanks

I would have your entire starting/chargin system checked out to make sure you get all of the problems.
