um Im not one hundred percent sure but you could have gotten gass down into your cylinders when changing your injectors and it ate the oil seal around the rings. Something like this happened to me after one of my injectors went bad, I had left it out waiting for my new one to come and gas got into my cylinders and ate the seal so when I started it up it smoked realy bad and ran realy bad. To fix it I just drained the oil and bought some marvel mystery oil and poored a bit into each cylinder and replaced my oil and poored the rest of the marvel into my oil and gas. And then I drove it and it smoked for a little bit but when we got onto the highway it all blew out and it doesn't smoke any more.
