240sx intake on 96 hardbody?

can i swap a ka24e intake manifold from a 240 onto my 96 hardbody? what would be the problems with doing this? if they have the same motors i dont know what the problems would be unless it would be a programming issue getting the ecu to recognize the different maf..and if that is it then why not use a stock truck maf on the new intake? i tried searching but i couldnt pull up anything..im sure someone has asked this question before..or even done the swap
