Hmmm. Iv'e always wanted to take a USDM 240 with a turboe'd KA to japan and see the reactions it would get. Haha.

What does that all say though, my browser is all funky and evreything is in questionmarks for some reason.

I though I remembered reading an article in Stuper Street about Yashio factory having imported a 240SX to japan for the USDM factor. They ended up putting an SR into it, so much for USDM.

I believe they bought a USDM 240 and got it over to Japan and found out that it had an SR motor swap in it and not the KA.

I thought Yashio wanted to get the KA in a 40 so they could start building up a KA but didn't have enough time to make their show so dumped in an SR instead.

I have seen that car. It sat in their new shops front window for about 3 months. Has a blacktop 14 SR in it. I don't know if they put it in or not. But one of the guys there said it made about 350PS on the dyno. It was a sharp looking car. It's prolly sittin at the old shop now. Maybe I sould take a little drive tomorrow with the camera and see if I can't snap some pics.

Yeah...I live about 5 minutes from Yashio Factory
