240sx idle issues

hi guys my car is a 1993 dohc ka24de 240sx stock only a fuel pressure reg. no butterflys in the intake manifold and eagle rods, not much, so heres the problem i have cleaned the iacv valve a couple of times and it still does the same thing only that it takes a while what it does? sometimes when I lower gear or downshift or just push the clutch in it lower the RPMS to 500 or 350 thats all like wanting to stall I have cleaned the IACV well and it work for like 2 weeks and then slowly starts to do it again from time to time. What could it be? ohh and another thing is normally when its cold when it hasnt been turned on all night that I go to turn it on on the morning it doesnt start like it should I have to give it gas and then it starts but sputtering climbing the RPMS slowly from 200 to 300 .. so on till it reaches 1250 then it stops and warms up then it goes down to 1000

check your spark plugs and wires and grounds

already check and are ok!

oh and another thing was why are the injectors recieving low voltage almost no voltage (using a noid light, I tested them) at all when I try to start it in the mornings when leaving the house? Why is this or what could be causing it?
