240sx headlight motor / or i think wire harness problems

this probally has been posted many times but im getting frustrated with my 240...

ok here is the problembought the car used the headlight motors or something with in the wire harness or connectors has malfunctioned...i can turn the headlights on but the motors dont go up or down...

i got a pair of working headlight motor assemblies...R/L installed the right one first tested it worked fine motor was working...installed the left motor tested them both only right one worked while the left one light was on but no movement of the actuator..

i tried like once or twice same thing but on my last attemp lights didnt go up now im manually moving them again..

call my friend over to use all his relays..the 3 black relays near the airbox..the grey relay near the battery and i checked my fuse box in the car the fuse wanst burnt out..

can anyone help me im trying to fix them to work getting tried knowing that there is something worng with the car.

on the fourms...ive seen many have replaced the relays and i believe the diode pack behind the radio...and the t.c.u (time control unit)..i dont know where the tcu is or the diode pack is...i dont even know if im getting power to the motor..all i can hear is a single click near the driver side when i hit the motor botton near the steering wheel..please any suggestion will be greatly apperciated

You might just need a new multifunction switch. See if you buddy will let you swap his into your car to test it out.

Im having same problem except I took apart light switch cleaned contact points an took apart the tcu to see if anything burned an checked with multi meter an I cant figure problem out also checked switch after to make sure there was power cant figure out driving me crazy.
