240sx headlight conversion

i was wondering if headlights from a 300zx will fit into a 1990 240sx. they look a little wider, but i could probaly shave the hood around the headlights to make em fit. anyone think this could be done

There's a headlight conversion kit sold by "eastbear" for our S13's. It might be a little hard to find but easier than putting the 300zx lights in.

yeah but isnt it just those 2 individual bulbs in a fixture?, ide rather have the 300 lights cause ive also never seen n e one do it before

i would try the 300sx light i bet they would look awsome, the 300zx hood looks more sloped so the lights might not line up perfectly and you would defanantly have to cut into your hood but i think it will look cool.

Ya this has been discussed many times. The 300zx lights are WAY too big to fit in our cars. You can find inserts for the pop ups to take projector style lights or like mentioned above the eastbear kit. Good Luck with whatever route you go.

they'll fit with some work. it just looks awkward.

i'm almost positive it was someone on NICO that did this conversion a looooong time ago. he sent me some pics....i may actually still have them.

Think I'll make them fit in my project 240. Why the hell not.It is a project.Besides more nights of cussing and drinking cuz nothing goes right. Plan to modify the hood anywayz so if they sit too high, etc. it will be alright.
