hmm, i never thought about that. from those pics, it looks as if it would invade the head space in the back. need better pics to tell.

If your worried about back seat comfort a s13 is not the car for you sir. But it definitely looks like it would interfere with head room.

Looks to me like passengers cant fit. I already smash my own head on the ceiling if I try to fit in the back without that thing. Then again im 6 feet tall so its quite uncomfortable. It's looking like that takes up the space over the back seats. Maybe someone who has seen this setup can chime in. All I know is without it, it was meant for little groupie broads and with it, it looks like whatever space was there is now gone. my .02 cents

Seeing that the front seats are just about touching the glass, I would say that with that hatch lid you will need to eliminate the back seats.

If you are really still unsure...ready ready ready... find out who sells it and call them.

well considering the purpose of that hatch replacement is to eliminate the heavy hatch glass, i'd suspect it's meant for cars that have no back seats and are trying to eliminate as much weight as possible, ie hard core track cars.

Lol im 5'10 and my head rubs my roof sometimes lol....yea i doubt they would be able to fit in the back..Unless it was little kids or something lol...But they would probibly still have a hard time...That 240 looks nice though. Ive seen that on a different 240 didnt like it but this one is clean..
