Hello, im not new to cars, but i am new to owning a 240sx...and specifically a vert. Im picking one up tomorrow, and im just courious as to what problems and random other maitnence should be taken care of first.

car comes with
ACT clutch and flywheel
BC sport coils
tein tc rods
tein inner and out tie rod ends
5 speed swap
coupe door swap
slotted rotars
battery relocated
test pipe back 3'' exhaust ( wanna replace it )

i was thinking about overhauling the complete suspension set up with new bushings, sway bars, ect ect, and possibly switching coils....
but is there anything that 240sx verts are notoriously known for? or something worth swaping out or replaceing as soon as i get it?

I personally would switch out all the fluids like; oil, coolant, powersteering, brake and clutch fluid. By doing that you know it is all good new fluid, no telling when the last time the previous owner switched that stuff out. Besides that the suspension overhaul is a goo idea, I know my bushings were dry rotted, hard, and cracked. I switch them out and the car rides so nice.

And look for rust. Anywhere under the car, especially near wheels and under the battery tray in the front. Also behind the back seat.

Verts are known for crappy door panels, but you have coupe doors already so thats all good. other than that, like biggie said look for rust.
