240sx Gauge cluster lights wont work on Analog Cluster WTF!!!

I have a 91 SE coupe with digital dash... Like any Coupe with digital dash the spedo stop working...

So I decided to swap to analog.. I put in a cluster from a 91+ DOHC 240sx.

I turn on the car the tac works, the cluster lights all work turn signal lights everything.... expect the back lights.... So I cant see it at night?

Does anyone have any idea why they wont work...

I tried a diffrent cluster from another 91+ dohc 240sx same thing..

Now here is the kicker... I put the Digital dash back in and turn on the interrior lights and guess what it has backlighting... So... I am confused here.

Well, I have swapped two diffrent analog clusters in and both do not light up but every other thing works fine on them. THe digital will light up and everything...

So I dont know... I guess I could try getting a nother subharness
