240sx fuse box clicking and not turning over

the egi pump relay clicks rapidly and the car wont make noise other than that when i try to start it
i tried to take out the relay and connect a wire instead and when i did that a little click came i think from starter but maybe wrong
i just got this car and it started always until yesterday
could it be the ecu?

Almost sounds like a dead battery or something.
Have you tried jumping it?

it was a dead battery lol but it was also a realy i think
i swapped out the relay and it started up :b
