240sx engine debate

Recenlty just purchased a 93 240se hatchback from a friend for 150$. it has no engine or dash and electrical parts. but a strong durable frame, the suspension, and the wheels. i was wondering if a 94-98 SR20DET would fit in the 93. or just stick with the 91-93 SR20DET
