240sx dohc ka24de stock 1993 injector problem

hi guys my problem is: in the mornigs my car doesnt start cold i have to give it gas to start, when its hot its start ok but when its cold it takes a little time to get it going. I have recently tested the injectors with a noid light and the voltage pulse was lower when its supposed o be high I changed the ECTS engine coolant temperature sensor but it hasnt changed what could it be ?
