240SX Differential noise

I have a J30 VLSD in my 93 240sx. When I first put it in, it was great. Now a couple months later, it started to chatter 2 or more times right when you start out in 1st gear. The sound sounds like its hitting the frame of the car. Possible for the bushings to be out? I just replaced the fluid so that shouldn't be the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
