Kouki s14 = 97, 98Zenkie s14 = 95, 96
OBD= on board diagnostics: the way the ecu runs the cars diagnostics. OBD2 is more strict in everyway, started to be federally mandated on all 96+ cars. Some manufacturers equipped their 95 cars with it as well though. OBD2's only real benefit is that it has a more distinct coding system to figure out problems. I'm not sure about the limp mode on them, but i don't think they really do a better job at keeping the air cleaner. Thats up to the parts you use and the way the fuel/ignition maps are worked out....
You can read more about it, jsut search around the net if you are curious. As far as I know though, those are the only differences between those years. Oh and 95's had a higher production rate as well...
