*Fixed* 240SX Dead Dash and Running Lights - Please Assist

Two weeks ago I was driving my 1993 S13 Coupe SE and my Dashboard Lights and the yellow Daytime Running Lights died; I have an after-market stereo but I've had it for nearly a year without an issue, not to mention all my free wires have been properly endcapped.
I'm getting voltage to my dimmer switch molex socket but if it went bad that wouldn't affect my exterior lights should it? I'm at a loss and am totally broke so I'm stuck with fixing it myself, I would appreciate any input or links to a write up on how to solve this issue. If anyone has experienced this issue and has resolved it please help.
I'd like to note that all my gauges, tail lights, headlights, turn signals, dials and switches are still functional and my TCU shows no signs of a short.

Thanks man, I took it to the mechanic. Turns out it was a short, 60 bucks to fix.
