240SX dash swap & gauge install question

I hate the dark brown dash I have right now and I'm thinking of swapping it out for black one. My question is - is this deceptively easy or is it more of a pain than it appears to be ? It seems the switchbank and gauge cluster come out as one piece...which I'm hoping for.

Past that, does anyone know any place in the Dallas, TX area that can install guages (like 2" guages and an A-pillar pod set) ? I need to put some on my truck and my 240 and I don't trust myself doing that stuff. I don't like trying to deal with the sending units.
