240sx coolant in cyclinder #4 rebuilt Ka24de

I took out the spark plugs and cranked the Ka24de by hand and saw that a ish load of coolant was coming out cylinder #4, what does this mean? Bad seal? Head gasket? its all new internals and head gasket
