got me a white vert imported to bavaria in south germany.
to get my vert street legal i have to do several light mods. bad thing is that im a electronic noob.
good thing is this forum that hopefully will help me.
1. step is already done by me: install new pop up glasses with the e-logo, which look like this.
2. step is a to do: install a rear fog light
so as far as i know i only need one reverse gear light and could swap one of the white lights to a signal red bulb and wire it to a seperate switch.
--> any idea how to do this right and clean? need a relai? or just buy a switch and cut some wires? if yes, what wires? how would you do it?
3. step is also a to do: front sidemarker to turn signal modification
saw couple of tutorials but none was for the convertible. since there were a lot of differences like in the late year models you have to rewire a lot of relais i really would like to know how to to this on the vert. they dont have to blink simultaneously with the front or rear signals- any blinking will do,
i also need orange light bulbs for those (funfact)
