"coilover" springs wont fit on a stock shock. Lowering springs are direct replacements, but why not upgrade your shocks?

i have no clue what "springs" you are talking about but if theyre from ebay, Im going to assume theyre crap.

Don't be cheap with your car. especially with suspension. Youre oem struts are just going to blow after you put whatever springs on them and youre going to have to replace them anyways. why not just wait till you have enough money and replace both springs and struts at the same time? your handling would be better and suspension would last longer.

your car will thank you in the end.

Those are threaded sleeves (Ground Control) basically you put something in place for the threads to sit on or weld the threads to the strut housing (whatever you guys call it) then adjust your height. But not recommended to use with stock struts since it will probably blow. Good Struts + Sleeves + Springs. I'm not an expert so i could be wrong. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KWCDDBbpNc heres how to do it. Welcome to Nico!

those particular ebay crappers he posted are NOT Ground Control coilovers. They're fake bootlegs. However, real Ground Control coilovers with, lets say, Koni dampers, would be a very great combination.

FYI, any kind of lowering spring on stock dampers will ruin the dampers.

I know they're not GC just throwing it out there as an example. But good that you cleared that up.

What's your budget? What are you using it for (I hope it's not for drifting since most likely parts will break). If it is for drifting then I suggest saving for some decent coilovers. I'm currently saving up for them Tein MonoFlex and I'm not even gonna drift my car.

eibach springs and kyb gr2 shocks is the best i can think of for that kind of money.

honestly, just save up your money and do some research. Think hard about what you want and get a feel for what's out there before you blow your money on parts.
