240sx coilovers same as 200sx (AUS) spec?

i want to buy these v-spec II coilovers they say they are from japan and fit on the 240sx 95 upwards...just wondering will they fit an australian spec 200sx s14...which is same as the japanese silvia... well pretty much same... ]thankss
