240sx clutch mc bore and stroke?

I measured the distance that the rod(what ever it is called?) is puched into the mastercylinder. aproximately 1 and 3/8 in . have no idea of bore.

trying to find out if I can use my stock mc with the mcleod hydraulic thow out bearing I have. or if I need a z32 mc. will this one fit?
