Alright guys, when I am driving my 240sx and hit the brakes it jerks the wheel to the right. I was told before it could be tension rod bushing but I replaced them, now i'm lost. Also when I go over a bump at decent speed(25mph or over lol) it feels like my rear off my car goes from left to right, very weird . Any answers will be appreciated. Thanks!!! Also posted this is online mechanic but think this one is viewed more.

Checking the rear bushings is very easy. Get the car up, look at the rubber in the bushings. If they are ripped, the rear suspension is not stable and the geometry is changing as it loads up (i.e. tires hit bumps). This will cause the car to dart. They should be replaced if they are torn. Sucky, messy job but worth it in the end.

Alright man, thanks for the reply. I will check that issue tonight. Also for the steering wheel to be jerking to the right when I apply brakes could that be other bushings up front besides the tension rod bushings? or something more serious?

you need an alignment. once the alignment on these cars go, the car feels wayward when hitting on bumps. but yeah, check your bushings.
