Hey, I see all these outrageous kits, what do you guys reccommend for the route of just putting a JDM S13 front on a 240?

That picture is of Ab-Flug Grim Headlights, cost around $1500. There's a cheaper aproximately $800 kit from East Bear. You might want to check that out.

Check here for more options on light kits...http://takakaira.com/aerokits/...cat=4

All-Round makes some pretty nice looking kits for the 240. Not to mention that the kits are around $400-575 rather than $1200+ for the Grim Headlights... and something to set you apart from the Eastbear/Silvia/Grim headlight wearers.

Thx! Yeah, TakaKaira is an awesome site. They just have so many things you can't find anywhere else. I love the ARC wing for the 240sx f/b. Oh, and you have to check this out...

Actually, I'm kinda liking the CA they have. But just imagine having that $23K Genesis Stage-III RB26, in a 240. Wow. Though, I don't even want to think of how much the shipping on that beast would be...

The s13 was made for light weight purposes, so all the extra crap was handed to the s14. ps: Im sick of your blimp like,. bone stock s14's with silvia badges. Kiss my aS S

actually, edmunds.com lists the curb weight of the 1995 S14 SE as 2753 while the 1993 S13 SE is 2772 for the coupe, and 2807 for the HB. The S13 base model is 2699 for coupe and 2730 for the HB, while the base S14 is listed as 2753 (same as SE). I'm not sure I would say the S14's were handed a bunch of heavy stuff compared to the S13's.

I agree, I'm not sure where the fault lies there, but the overall implication is the same, the S13 is not significantly lighter than the S14. This really has no relation to the thread though, so lets get back to body kits. :D

I just bought a bomex kit and I love it. Its the 406 front, the 429 sides and the rear splitters. It think it looks great, I have had no one say they didnt like it.
