240sx body harness swap????

i have a 93 nissan 240sx with an Sr20det the car was origanally all manual (electrial) and i wanna put on power door ive looked up so much but cant find my answer basically it was a dual cam harness in it origanally i have a 2nd harness came from a dual cam but it came from an all power version i was trying to figure out if i switch harnesses if they would be compatible and basically plug and play or would it be jus easier for me to get the wires i need to hook up the power doors and to add the fuse for it its basically cut but only from where it goes to the truck and the hood but i have my SR harness to reconnect for the motor and my harness in the car ill saughter that back to connect the harness to the trunk but jus wanna basically kno is it easier to take the cables i need or can the whole harness go in easy......thanx
