ok, wiring is very simple for s13

when you take off the automatic harness, near the 4 plugs near the fuse box, there should be one plug that is hanging. it will have two wires (i think white and black) coming out of it on the trans harness side

cut that plug off of the automatic harness, and just jumper those wires together. thats all there is to it. it will start up after that (assuming you have done everything else right)

what it does is fake the car into thinking the clutch is pressed down all the time.. so be sure not to start your car in gear, cause there will be no clutch saftey lock. not sure about the reverse lights since im not going to even mess with them.

you say when i take off the auto harness. i did not know that i would have to take off the harness. which harness are you talking about? the one connected to the fuse box oor the one on the transmission... please specify, because i am retarded thanks man.

you have to disconnect the auto harness from the plugs at the fuse box to get the trans out, when you do this find that plug and cut it off.... thats the easies way

make sure to leave enough wire on it though

Mine was underneath the fusebox - should be the only 2 prong plug that goes to the auto transmission. All you have to do is cut the plug on the lower harness side, and splice the 2 wires together. If I remember correctly, the wires are white/red and black. I can try and get a pic later if you need it.

for hooking up the reverse lights:

find the second plug next to the passenger side fuse box. It's called the inhibitor switch. you'll have to cut the green/blue wire and the green/white wire from the plug and splice some wire from those two down to the reverse gear sensor switch. It doesn't matter which wires you splice. As long as the green/blue goes to one wire on the switch and the green/white goes to the other switch wire.

If you have an S13 you did the conversion on, do a write up on it. We could then make it an artical in the nissan article section. This would help other immensely in the future.

actually, its about the same as the s14 wrietup, but you don't have to do all of the steps like hooking up the 4th and 5th gear sensors etc. also don't need an ecu if you don't mind the wierd auto idle.

I agree with Shift - really don't need a seperate writeup for the S13, just to include a seperate S14/S13 wiring section. Everything else is the same.

Edit: Who do I have to talk to to get this added? I can do the write-up (I'll be sure to credit you, Bart :D) for the addition.

Looks like I was beaten to it. As long as it gets done, though.
