We have changed out almost everything in this car. Now we have to fix a motor mount and replace the fuel pump. But how do we do this? We have to try it ourselves first. Can't afford to put it in the shop again. Please help.

:ylsuper http://www.autozone.com now has online manuals if you didn't get the FSM yet...

Before disconnecting the fuel lines or any of the fuel system components, refer to "Fuel Pressure Release" procedures and release the fuel pressure.

Reducing the fuel pressure to zero is a very important step for correct removal of the electric fuel pump. See Fuel Pressure Release procedures in this section.

Disconnect the negative battery cable. Open the trunk lid, disconnect the fuel gauge electrical connector and remove the fuel tank inspection cover. Remove the ring retaining bolts and the O-ring, then lift the fuel pump assembly from the fuel tank. Plug the opening with a clean rag to prevent dirt from entering the system.

When removing or installing the fuel pump assembly, be careful not to damage or deform it. Install a new O-ring.

soo, there's more if u surf around that site...

Also, there was a thread a couple of days ago where a member has an FSM on his website... can't find it rite now w/ the red search button
