I just bought a 91 240sx fastback and want to do a 5 lug conversion. Does anyone know where I can buy a full kit for it? I was told that the z32 300zx n/a rear brake hubs will fit 100% direct bolt onto the 240sx with no mods but will need 95+ 240sx 5 lug brake rotors? Can anyone confirm this? What will I need for the front?

You can use stock brakes and have the rotors drilled to 5 lugs or you can swap to 300zx brakes. You can buy conversion hubs or use S14 front spindles, S14 front ball joints pressed into your S13 LCA, and S14 front 5 lug hubs. Also make sure you use the S14 strut bolts too. You can use S14 rear 5 lug hubs or N/A 300zx rear hubs, both bolt on.

Does anybody know if R33 hubs work for this conversion as well? I tried searching and found very little about it.

Yes but if its a s13 you will need S14 front spindles, S14 front ball joints pressed into your S13 LCA like 574-240sx said. Should bolt straight up to an s14.
