i was wondering instead if one could put 5.25 speakers in the front, if so how hard would it be?

Yes you can (up front), but you'll have to make adapter plates.

There's quite a few threads ab out making the plates to use 6.5's no reason you can't juts make the hole smaller for a 5.25.

As they say the more you know you realize how much you don't know .

I like pics and space is very affordable.

If you're going to the trouble of making mounting/adapter plates, then get some 6.5's. Of course if you already have the 5.25's then that makes alot of sense.

Oh, and I'm old so I've made alot of the mistakes already .
