240s13 to rb20det swap

hellow, i need some advice. having trouble geting car to start. it turns over, its pumping fuel, new plugs, got power to coils, got power at injectors. have swaped out ecu, and ignitor. ecu has power. relays have power ect..... any advice is much appreceated. also the car did run befor, what happened was the innercooler piping came loose wile it was runnung, the motor started diying and shut off. has not run sence. please help
