Ok, got my car back and running again(albeit rough), so I want to start getting things up to par like changing the oil, reinstall my oem sway bar, etc. My car has the OEM front lip and thus even lower ground clearance. So the ramps I have now are out of the question(old metal ones), even my escort scraps on them. I was checking into "Rhino Ramps" and I have jack stands but I'd prefer ramps because I feel they are more stable. Any recommendations for getting the car a little higher to work on?

i would put it on slim ramps like that, jack it high enouf, then put it on bigger ramps for your stability that you want.... and reverse to get it off, though do a lil on each side at one time

Or just use normal ole high ramps and use some wood slats to decrease the angle of inclination.

You could also just use your stock jack and jack up the front wheel like you were going to remove it and slide the jack underneath. I always jack the car by the center of the front suspension cross member.

I've got some plastic ramps...I think they're Rhino Ramps. I got 'em at Walmart. My car is an S13, stock bumper and ride height. I don't have any problem getting the car up on the ramps. They give me enough room to do most of what I need...not a lot of room, but enough.

Think I am going to check into those plastic ramps cus even if they don't work on my s13 they'll be better for the zx2. If they don't work I'll try the decreaseing the angle with wood, and if THAT doesn't work out, I'll see about havin some metal ones made (lots of metal workers and shops around here).
